"A delightful light and airy apartment with a great balcony overlooking the estuary. The apartment had all the amenities we expected and we really enjoyed our stay. Seaton centre was only a short walk away and there were plenty of restaurants/cafes and shops within easy walking distance (including supermarkets). Would recommend as place to stay."

"Lovely apartment. Nice and modern. Had all the amenities and everything you needed. appreciated all the extra touches int he apartment (games, cards, towels etc). Comfy beds and bedding! Easy waking distance to beach and other places in Seaton. Good base to explore surrounding areas. The view of the river was pleasant, however be aware that tide comes in and out twice a day so the view can vary. So may want to take this into account if you’re booking solely for an exceptional view. There is also the tram depot to your left as this is the end apartment. Also worth pointing out that this is part of a new build set of flats/ houses so there is still a few things that are yet to be completed in the immediate area surrounding it. Overall a lovely stay and would recommend."
